Key Responsibilities

Conduct data modelling, operational reporting, and performance analysis across departments.

Perform process and systems reviews, document findings, and propose optimisation strategies.

Support change management initiatives to embed efficiency and accountability.

Partner with business units to evaluate productivity, profitability, and risk.

Prepare and present executive-level insights to guide strategic decision-making.

Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Claims, Collections, Finance, IT, and Client Service teams.

Exposure Across the Business

Marketing: Analyse lead acquisition, digital performance, and resource allocation.

Sales: Evaluate productivity and database segmentation.

Claims: Review turnaround times, costs, and process optimisation.

Finance: Oversee cost centre performance, budget monitoring, and spend analysis.

Collections & Retentions: Identify key retention drivers and efficiency gaps.

Client Service & IT: Improve engagement frameworks and system integration.

About You

Qualified CA(SA) essential.

Ideally Newly Qualified or with up to 2 years post-article experience.

Alternatively, a strong Audit Manager ready for a first move into commerce.

Highly analytical, commercially aware, and eager to understand how business operations drive results.

A self-starter who enjoys solving problems and driving performance improvement.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.

Experience in insurance, financial services, or a data-driven environment is advantageous.
