Key Responsibilities:

Lead the full financial management function including strategy, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Partner with the CEO and Board to drive sustainable growth and long-term value creation.

Ensure compliance with JSE reporting standards, IFRS, and corporate governance principles.

Oversee treasury, tax, audit, and risk functions with a focus on financial sustainability and optimization.

Provide strategic financial insights to guide investment decisions, M&A, and capital allocation.Job Experience and Skills Required:

CA (SA) qualification

Minimum 10 years post-articles experience, with at least 2 years at board or executive level.

Proven experience in a JSE-listed or complex corporate environment.
