Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Data Business Analyst to support our business intelligence and data-driven decision-making processes. This role is responsible for compiling, analyzing, and visualizing data to uncover business trends, support strategic initiatives, and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data visualization tools and a working knowledge of ETL processes and raw data handling.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business development and operational goals.
Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable data solutions.
Support ETL processes by working with raw data and ensuring data integrity across systems.
Maintain and enhance reporting systems to reflect evolving business needs.
Present findings and train stakeholders on dashboard usage and report interpretation.
Assist in the development of performance metrics and KPIs to track progress against business objectives.
Ensure accuracy and consistency in data reporting and documentation.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Transportation, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3–5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or marketing analytics, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
Other Desirable Qualifications
Familiarity with ETL processes and handling raw data.
Experience developing metrics and supporting project-based data initiatives.
Knowledge of marketing research techniques and tools.
Ability to evaluate and improve business processes through data insights.
