Westerville Post Acute is looking for a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on the day shift.

What You'll Do: * Provide comprehensive care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

* Oversee and supervise the nursing team, ensuring optimal patient care.

* Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage patient treatment plans.

* Collaborate with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and families to ensure the best possible care.

* Document patient progress, care plans, and interventions with accuracy and attention to detail.

* Foster strong relationships with residents and their families, offering guidance and support as needed.

What We're Looking For: * Current RN license in good standing with the state of Ohio.

* A compassionate and dependable individual with a strong clinical background.

* Leadership skills and the ability to guide and support the nursing team.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with residents, families, and staff.

* Prior experience in long-term care or a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
