Responsabilidades prinicipales

Dirige a los Oficiales de Protección de Instalaciones en la protección y seguridad de los activos de la instalación, incluyendo personas, edificios, equipos y materiales, siguiendo los procedimientos establecidos.

Que habilidades necesitas

Conocimiento en gestión de riesgos y análisis de vulnerabilidades.

Manejo de sistemas de videovigilancia (CCTV), control de accesos y alarmas.

Familiaridad con normativas de seguridad (CTPAT/OEA)

Capacidad para liderar equipos de seguridad.

Habilidades para capacitar y motivar al personal.

Toma de decisiones bajo presión.

Comunicación efectiva con diferentes niveles de la organización.

Redacción de informes y presentaciones ejecutivas.

Capacidad para interactuar con autoridades externas.

Análisis de datos de seguridad para identificar tendencias y áreas de mejora.
