We’re ZB Designs, the creators of Wigglitz, a fast-growing 3D printed toy company that’s shaking up the industry and building something big.

We’re looking for a motivated, flexible, and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to work closely with our Operations Manager and support the overall flow of our business.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be directly involved in keeping production, fulfillment, and day-to-day operations running smoothly.

What You’ll DoSupport the Ops Manager: Assist with daily operational needs and keep projects moving forward.All-Around Operations Help: Jump in where needed—production support, fulfillment, logistics, admin tasks, and more.Keep Things Organized: Help maintain order across processes, inventory, and documentation.Problem-Solve on the Fly: Adapt quickly and find solutions when challenges come up.Take on “Outside the Box” Tasks: From special projects to creative problem-solving, help bring in new ideas and improvements.Collaborate Across Teams: Work with different departments to make sure operations run efficiently.Learn & Grow: Gain hands-on experience in all areas of operations with opportunities to expand your skill set.
