Lancor Concrete Contractors is looking for individuals to fill their positions of Form Carpenter

Job details:

Location: Scoudouc, NB, E4P 0H7

Salary: $27.50 hourly / 40 hours per week

Start date: Starts as soon as possible

Responsibilities:

Tasks:

Job posting details - Employer Module

Read and follow construction blueprints and diagrams

Measure, cut and assemble materials such as plywood and timber to build forms

Construct and dismantle formwork for concrete foundations, walls, columns, slabs and other structures according to job timelines

Ensure formwork is stable and properly aligned according to specifications and safety requirements.

Experience with modular forming systems such as Peri, Doka etc.

Use hand and powered carpentry tools and machines safely

Work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a construction team to complete jobs on time

Verify formwork is ready to receive the concrete prior to pouring and placing

Follow standards and procedures for individual and team safe working conditions

Keep work areas clean and organized

Bending, crouching, kneeling

Physically demanding

Work with minimal supervision

Own tools/ equipment:

Steel-toed safety boots

Equipment and machinery experience:

Hand tools, Safety equipment
