The role shall be able to work independently, to lead public policy monitoring & reporting system operation, facilitate HFSS advocacy projects design and strategy development, and support key HFSS stakeholder engagement activities, including events operations, in line with the team strategy and following topline guidance of his/her line manager.
Responsibilities
Support HFSS policy advocacy efforts (FOP, Sugar Tax, UPF, etc.), ranging from strategy and roadmap development, program design and execution, e.g. partnership with key TA platforms to ensure no imminent policy risks occurred to impact our daily business;
Support HFSS policy related engagements with major govt. agencies, incl. NHC, SAMR, MOF, SAT, MIIT, etc., major TA and top KOLs of the subject matter;
Manage internal policy monitoring and reporting system to ensure quality reports to be provided to internal stakeholders on a timely manner;
PPGA team support, incl. maintain up-to-date PPGA toolkits(messaging bank, stakeholder database, platform assessment, etc.), manage key events operation (CDF, Summer Davos, AmCham events, USCBC events, etc.), PPGA team capacity building workshops, etc. other assigned
Qualifications
3 years or above solid experience in Corporate Affairs field, MNCs/Consultancy experience is a plus;
Advanced/Proficient Computer Skills (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel, Teams);
Strong project management skills;
Be fluent in both spoken and written English;
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferring to business administration, economic, public policy and communications;
Experiences in public health or nutrition science is a plus.
