This position is hybrid

Job Summary:

Join a fast-moving team where details matter and data tells the story. As a Program Analyst, you ll help maintain the accuracy, transparency, and performance that power a modern managed workforce program.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Financial Accuracy

Manage remittance and billing communications with suppliers and clients.

Support reconciliation of invoices and payment accuracy.

Assist with timesheet reconciliation and cost validation (rates, markups, tenure, etc.).

Program Operations & Data Integrity

Conduct periodic audits of work orders, extensions, worker classification, subcontractor utilization and rehire eligibility.

Maintain data accuracy within VMS and client HR systems.

Ensure timely and accurate updates for worker starts, ends, and change requests.

Identify and correct data discrepancies to maintain compliance and reporting accuracy.

Reporting & Analytics

Build and maintain Excel-based reports and dashboards (pivot tables, vlookups, macros).

Support monthly supplier scorecards and quarterly business review (QBR) data pulls.

Track key performance metrics and assist in continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

Partner with Program Managers and Finance to ensure operational alignment.

Contribute to process documentation and efficiency improvements.

Participate in audits and governance meetings as required.

Qualifications:

2 4 years of experience in data analytics, program coordination, or finance and accounting (MSP, staffing, or procurement experience a plus).

Advanced Excel user with the ability to analyze large data sets through pivot tables, lookups, conditional logic, and basic automation for reporting accuracy and efficiency.

Detail-oriented with proven ability to detect irregularities and insights within complex data sets.

Prior experience utilizing a Vendor Management System (VMS)

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and comfortable in a startup environment.
