We’re seeking an experienced Commercial Account Handler to join their growing team based near Newton Abbot.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering excellent client service and wants to be part of a forward-thinking business that values its people.

The role is heavily renewals-based, with only a small element of new business.

You’ll manage the day-to-day service delivery for commercial insurance clients, working closely with the Directors to ensure exceptional standards of support.

Key Responsibilities: Managing renewals, mid-term adjustments, and general policy queries Supporting new business processing where required Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and insurers Providing an outstanding level of customer service at all times What We’re Looking For: Previous experience within Commercial Insurance (essential) A clear, professional, and confident telephone manner Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organisational and time management abilities A positive, flexible approach and the ability to work well in a team What’s on Offer: Salary up to £35,000 (DOE) Flexible working options Supportive, friendly culture with genuine autonomy in your role Full training and development opportunities If you’re an experienced Account Handler looking for a new challenge with a growing, people-focused brokerage, we’d love to hear from you.
