Position Summary:

Manages all on site construction functions in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the Company.

Technical/Functional Responsibilities:

Supervises all personnel at the site through subordinate leaders

Manages project indirect overhead budgets

Develops fiscal plans

Monitors performance and utilization; provides periodic projects

Functions as liaison between engineering and construction sites

Responsible for constructability and construction planning during engineering phase

Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for overall management and coordination of construction for the project to maximize productivity and maintain schedule.

Develops contingency and recovery plans as required.

Monitors equipment performance and utilization; provides continuous improvement input and strategy development.

Requires knowledge of construction techniques and equipment in order to develop strategies and manage overall quality and efficiency to ensure daily production.

Develop solutions to complex problems that require a significant degree of innovation and ingenuity.

Manages all on-site functions in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the Company.

Develops procedures as needed and functions as liaison between multiple project managers, construction and contractors.

Responsible for safety of supervised personnel; ensures that personnel comply with established safety policies and procedures, and has front line responsibility for providing a safe work environment

Qualifications - Internal

Qualifications:

15+ years’ experience as a Construction Manager in an construction a=organization with LNG experience

BS or MS degree is preferred

Excellent oral and written communication skills are required

Professional Engineering certification in related discipline is preferred

Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred
