We have a rare opening for a receptionist and office administrator our clients practice.
The role involves providing front-desk reception service as well as multiple practice administration tasks. Common tasks include greeting and processing arriving patients, managing appointment books, taking payments and booking follow-ups, answering incoming phone calls and emails.
The most valued qualities are excellent presentation and verbal communication, intelligence, and friendly and kind nature. Experience in a similar setting may be an advantage however the above qualities may be deemed more important than experience.
The role will likely suit a junior receptionist, however, all levels of experience will be considered and could be suitable.
