What You’ll Do:
Help clients buy, sell, and invest in real estate
Learn and follow proven systems to generate leads and close deals
Participate in weekly training and mentorship sessions

Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the transaction process

Attend weekly training sessions and workshops
Learn how to generate and follow up with real estate leads
Practice client conversations and objection-handling techniques
Work with senior agents to shadow appointments and tours
Track daily activity and performance in the provided systems
Commit to ongoing learning and developmentQualifications:
Real Estate License required or in progress
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport quickly and professionally
Comfortable working with clients and managing follow-up tasks
