Job Description
We are seeking the right individual to join our team, in the position of File Clerk. You will perform filing, clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
Upload digital files and data
Organizes and archives records and documents
Develop and implement organized filing system
Retrieves data and files for other departments and personnel
Perform other office tasks as required
Answer phones, backup to Receptionist
Client intakes
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration, medical or law office is helpful.
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Bilingual in Spanish is required.
Hours of operation are 8:30am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD and LTD benefits after 60 days. 401k plus match is offered after 1 year of employment. PTO and Holidays.Company Description
