Director of Rooms Salary: A,Negotiable Location: Rome, Italy This luxury 5:star property is looking for a Director of rooms.

The Director of Rooms is a strategic and operational leader responsible for managing the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Reservations teams.

With a direct team of 4 and broader oversight of room division operations, this role plays a central part in delivering an exceptional guest journey from arrival to departure, with a consistent focus on wellness, sustainability, and emotional hospitality.

This position is part of the Executive Committee and reports jointly to the General Manager and Director of Operations . Key Responsibilities * Oversee the performance and daily operations of the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Reservations departments * Ensure guest experiences reflect the brands pillars of well:being, sustainability, and personalized service * Foster a culture of care, mindfulness, and excellence within the Rooms team * Lead recruitment, training, and development initiatives to build a highly motivated and service:driven team * Implement operational strategies that support energy conservation, reduced waste, and wellness:oriented service delivery * Monitor guest feedback and satisfaction metrics, implementing improvements as needed * Maintain close collaboration with all departments, especially Spa, F and B, and Engineering, to ensure seamless guest service * Oversee departmental budgets, productivity, and staffing levels with a focus on efficiency and quality * Represent the Rooms Division in strategic discussions at the Executive Committee level Candidate Profile * 3:5 years of experience in a leadership position within a well:structured, international hotel group, preferably in Italy * Strong operational knowledge of luxury hotel Rooms Division functions * Experience leading both Front Office and Housekeeping teams in a 5:star environment * Fluent in Italian and English ; additional languages are highly desirable * Passionate about wellness, sustainability, and innovative guest service * Empathetic leader with excellent communication and problem:solving skills * Ability to thrive in a high:expectation, detail:focused, and collaborative environment Director of Rooms Salary: A,Negotiable Location: Rome, Italy If you would like to have more information about the role, please apply or send your cv to social corecruitment/ facebook/COREcruitmentDOTcom/ Tweet us COREcruitment
