Operations Director : North West Were supporting a major branded restaurant business with an established presence and ambitious growth plans across the North West.

The business is entering an exciting new phase and now seeks a proven senior operator to take a key leadership position.

This is a broad, hands:on role with significant autonomy and influence over both operational performance and strategic direction.

The Role * Lead a large, fast:paced operational region, ensuring commercial results, brand consistency, and team engagement.

* Play a central role in high:level decision making relating to property, finance, development, and growth strategy.

* Partner with senior leadership to shape and deliver long:term business plans.

* Inspire, develop, and drive accountability across multiple operations and support functions.

* Ensure exceptional standards, efficiency, and customer experience are achieved across all locations.

The Person * Experienced multi:site operator within branded hospitality at Operations Director or above.

* Commercially astute, comfortable with financial reporting, investment planning, and business performance metrics.

* A self:starter with strong strategic judgement and the confidence to operate autonomously.

* Proven ability to lead large teams and deliver consistent results across complex operations.

* Decisive, agile, and passionate about building culture and standards.
