Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated General Laborer to join our team in a dynamic metal fabrication manufacturing environment. This role offers an opportunity to grow your skills and contribute to a thriving company that values its employees.
Responsibilities
Operate and maintain laser and machine equipment efficiently.
Read and interpret blueprints and sheet metal layouts.
Utilize hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure production goals are met.
Essential Skills
Experience in general production and machine operation.
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with laser operation is a plus.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Familiarity with calipers and micrometers.
Background in sheet metal fabrication.

Work Environment
Work in a metal fabrication manufacturing setting that maintains a fairly clean environment, though it is not climate controlled. Choose from various shifts: 1st shift from 6:50am to 3pm, 2nd shift from 2:50pm to 11pm, or 3rd shift from 10:50pm to 7am.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plain City, Ohio.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.50/hr.
