Job Details:

• Work 4 x 10-hour day shifts Monday through Friday from 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM with call responsibilities

• Available start date after 11/22/25

• Function as a proactive member of an interdisciplinary healthcare team in the perioperative environment

• Perform comprehensive nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation

• Provide relationship-based patient centered care adapted to population specific characteristics

• Coordinate delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care

• Complete timely documentation and promote respectful, inclusive clinical environment

• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds, case reviews, and bedside shift reports

• Serve as preceptor and/or mentor for other professional nurses and students

• Complete all initial and ongoing professional competency assessments and mandatory education

• Participate in evidence-based practice, nursing research, and performance improvement activities

• Must be able to function in fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies in decisive, composed manner

• Required certifications: RN license (Single State or Multi-state Compact), BLS certification

• Minimum education: Nursing diploma from accredited school or Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN)

• Less than 1 year experience required with direct patient care experience preferred

• Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills required

• Excellent time management and critical thinking skills essential
