Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain the CAS product strategy and roadmap.

Manage the full product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life.

Collaborate with engineering, R&D, and sales teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Monitor industry trends, customer requirements, and competitor activity.

Ensure compliance with relevant safety and certification standards.

Represent the product portfolio with customers and stakeholders.

Drive improvements in cost, scalability, and user experience.Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field.

58 years experience in product management within mining or industrial technology.

Strong technical understanding of Collision Avoidance Systems.

Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

Willingness to travel locally and internationally (~30%).
