As an HR and Admin Staff, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations and administrative functions. This includes assisting in recruitment, employee engagement, records management, and office coordination. You’ll work closely with various departments to ensure smooth internal processes and a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Support training and development initiatives
Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and office supply management
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Must-Haves:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Based in BGC, Taguig
