We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Entry Level Hotel Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients with researching hotel options, comparing amenities, and coordinating accommodations to match their needs and budgets. You’ll help ensure every stay is smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free by providing excellent service and accurate planning support. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, problem-solving, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and recommend hotel accommodations based on client preferences and requirements
Prepare and organize quotes, proposals, and reservation details
Communicate with clients to gather travel information and answer general inquiries
Collaborate with hotel partners to confirm bookings and special requests
Maintain accurate client records and booking information
Deliver high standards of professionalism and client satisfaction
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail with excellent organizational ability
Proficiency with basic computer skills (email, web browsing, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace
Prior customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience is a plus but not required
