We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Manager to lead global initiatives across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in managing complex projects, possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and effectively manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Management: Lead the end-to-end implementation of global projects, from initial planning through execution and post-launch activities.
Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear and consistent updates on project status, proactively identify and address critical issues, and ensure transparent communication with all stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate seamless interaction between engineering, product, and other teams to ensure alignment on technical and business requirements.
Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management, ensuring adherence to project objectives and deadlines.
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, implementing effective strategies to minimize potential impacts.
Performance Monitoring: Utilize data and performance metrics to monitor project progress, make informed decisions, and optimize project outcomes.
Continuous Improvement: Drive the continuous improvement of project management processes, seeking ways to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Support and Customer Service: Apply knowledge of customer support processes to ensure that customer needs are met and issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
Experience: Extensive experience in managing large-scale projects, ideally within global or technology-driven environments.
Skills: Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical teams, along with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
Knowledge: Basic understanding of customer support processes.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with project management tools and agile methodologies.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret data and make evidence-based decisions.
