Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and trustworthy cleaner with at least 5 years of proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning. The ideal candidate is fully equipped with professional-grade cleaning tools (not entry-level) and is committed to using eco-friendly cleaning products.

(In some cases, traditional products may be used if specifically requested by the client.)

Responsibilities

Perform high-quality cleaning services in residential and small commercial spaces.

Use eco-friendly cleaning products for all services (unless otherwise requested).

Ensure a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and attention to detail.

Travel to client locations within a 25 km (15 miles) radius of Columbus, OH.

Communicate professionally with clients and the Thinkleen team.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of professional cleaning experience.

Must provide own professional equipment and vehicle.

Commitment to using eco-friendly cleaning products.

Strong references and a clean background check required.

Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Compensation

Pay is negotiable based on experience and references.

Independent contractor status (1099).
