Part-Time Kitchen Help – Celebrations On Park

Celebrations On Park is Broome County’s premier event venue, offering a modern and elegant setting for weddings, corporate functions, and special occasions. We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Part-Time Kitchen Assistant to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

Assist chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation

Wash, peel, chop, and store ingredients as needed

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment

Wash dishes, utensils, and equipment promptly and thoroughly

Assist with setup and breakdown before and after events

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Support kitchen staff with any additional tasks as required

Requirements

Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred, but not required (we are willing to train)

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Must be physically able to stand for long periods and lift/carry up to 40 lbs

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
