Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MRI Technologist to join our imaging team in Grove City, OH. The MRI Technologist will be responsible for performing high-quality magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans, ensuring patient safety, and providing exceptional care throughout the imaging process.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform MRI examinations according to physician orders and departmental protocols.

Prepare and position patients to ensure accurate and safe imaging results.

Operate MRI equipment and monitor image quality for diagnostic accuracy.

Screen patients for contraindications to MRI procedures (e.g., implants, pacemakers, metal fragments).

Administer contrast materials as required, following safety guidelines.

Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.

Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to support patient diagnosis and care.

Adhere to all radiation safety, infection control, and patient confidentiality policies.

Certificates / Licensure Requirements:

ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in MRI required.

Ohio State Radiologic License required.

BLS (Basic Life Support) certification through AHA required.
