Slate Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Hospice for a travel nursing job in Barre, Vermont.

Central Vermont hospice home care agency in need of an experienced Hospice RN

Experience with hospice case management required

Experience providing hospice care in a home setting required.

Prior experience with rural travel preferred.

Experience with McKesson/Netsmart EMR preferred

Work schedule Sunday-Thursday

Prefer a nurse with no RTO requests for this contract
