Your Key Responsibilities

1. Application development of actuator control systems mounted on powertrain units

2. Understand customers’ requirement and propose the Spec. to Schaeffler R&D in other regions. Fix the Spec. with negotiating with the customers.

3. Carry out the test with R&D in other region, analyze the result and explain it to the customer

4. Chair the technical meeting with the customer and Schaeffler R&D in other regions

5. Coordinate with Project Manager and Technical Project Manager of other disciplines

4. 顧客 シェフラー海外拠点との技術ミーティング

5. プロジェクトマネージャー 他分野のテクニカルプロジェクトマネージャーと連携

Your Qualifications

Electrical engineering, mechatronics or mechanical

engineering (more than bachelor)

More than 5 years’ experience in the following area

Experience of the mechatronics system development (BLDC motor control system is strongly preferred)

Software development experience, controlling block diagram knowledge, controlling Spec. decision experience

Experience of development of embedded software

Japanese (native,English (Business)

Communication with Schaeffler employee at worldwide
