We are looking for a well-organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations.

The ideal candidate will handle daily administrative tasks, maintain records, coordinate communication, and assist management and staff in day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities: Perform general office duties including filing, data entry, and document management.

Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Prepare reports, memos, and other documents as required.

Maintain office supplies and inventory records.

Assist in HR and payroll documentation when needed.

Support the management team with administrative tasks and confidential projects.

Ensure proper record-keeping and compliance with company procedures.
