InSight Risk Management, a Member of Correll Insurance Group has an immediate need for an Agency Services Representative (ASR) at our Cordova, TN location.
Position Summary:
Supports the Commercial Lines division while learning the insurance business. Initial training is provided, with responsibilities expanding based on teamwork, learning ability, and professional growth. Over time, the role includes assisting multiple account managers and electronically marketing client accounts to insurance carriers to secure optimal coverage and pricing. This position offers exposure to various insurance concepts and techniques.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain organized, accessible records in line with agency standards.
Collaborate with team members to provide required documents and checklists.
Use electronic tools to manage tasks and track renewals.
Adapt quickly in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Perform general administrative tasks and document processing.
Notify customers as needed.Minimum Qualification and Experience:
Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance License within 612 months (Correll Insurance Group provides support).
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
Professional appearance and discretion with confidential information.
