This position involves providing comprehensive care to adult medical-surgical patients in an acute care setting.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a 1:5–6 patient ratio, utilizing EPIC charting, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.

Duties:Provide patient-centered nursing care in a medical-surgical telemetry environmentAdminister medications, monitor patient responses, and document accurately in EPICCollaborate with physicians, allied health staff, and families to ensure coordinated careManage heparin and Lasix gtt (non-titrated)Participate in unit meetings, handoffs, and quality improvement initiativesSupport safe, evidence-based practices within hospital standards Requirements:Minimum 2 years of RN experienceMinimum 1 year specialty experience (Med Surg/Tele)Recent Trauma Level I or II hospital experience requiredEpic EMR proficiency (recent use required) Certifications:Required: BLS (AHA)Preferred: ACLS Education:Required: ASN or Nursing DiplomaPreferred: BSN
