Distance is measured by a straight line, not driving distance . Dialysis RN (Berlin):Outpatient Dialysis RN for Berlin Dialysis, must be willing to float to St. Ablans & Joy Dr. campuses as needed, mix of 9/8/10 days/eves, E/O weekend equivalent ; 36hr week; Berlin campus is located at 130 Fisher Rd., Barre, VT 05602. Min 2yrs exp req; CCN/ CDN preferred. Adult pop; Dialysis machines Fresenius, IV pumps; Stringing up dialysis machines and setup/tear down-dialysis labs and infection prevention; Prof will put patients with Fistula/Graft on the machine and takes them off. Techs in VT cannot touch a catheter, so nurse puts catheter patients on and off. Monday to Sunday; Bi-weekly Orientations on Monday EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable. Monday to Sunday; Bi-weekly Orientations on Monday, next available orientation 12/1. IVS to OFFER; This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit. Please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained. . No block schedules for any reason. Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended. Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November – April.
