We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of **Staff Universal Banker.**

**Responsibilities:**

+ To provide excellent service through introducing appropriate bank services / products to customers' queries.

+ To perform other operational duties and work as support function.

+ Offer a number of product promos and existing products directly to customers.

+ Conducting HSBC's cross sell product to existing customers.

+ Directs and informs the product digitally and provides technical guidance for accessing the system (digital).

+ Implement administrative follow-up process on products approved by customers.

+ Record and follow up any complaints submitted by the customer.

+ Managing the operational risk in relation to activities and relationships with customers in accordance with prevailing rules and procedures.

**Requirements:**

+ Indonesia Citizen only.

+ Bachelor DegreeFresh graduates are welcome.

+ Having experience as Admin Staff would be an advantage.

+ Good communication skillProficiency in English and Computer Literate.

+ Able to work under pressure.
