Deutsche Börse Market Data + Services provides financial market participants around the world with proprietary market data from Deutsche Börse Group’s Xetra® and Eurex® trading platforms, as well as with data from our cooperation partners such as 360T, Kaiko crypto data, Santiago Stock Exchange, Mexico Stock Exchange, Pakistan Stock Exchange, BSE India or TAIFEX. Our clients include analysts, algo traders, banks, hedge funds, asset managers, mid- and back-office professionals and vendors who rely on high-quality, reliable information to make investment and trading decisions, manage risk, safeguard assets and meet increasing regulatory requirements.

As the Manager of Market Data & Regulatory Systems Operations, your primary mission is to drive and lead change across critical systems and processes. You will champion continuous improvement and ensure the successful adoption of new technologies, regulatory requirements, and operational workflows.

Your responsibilities

Hands-on Leadership

Set priorities, allocate resources, and ensure adherence to service-level agreements

Foster a culture of adaptability and resilience, empowering team members to embrace change and contribute to ongoing improvement

Regularly work side-by-side with your team, participating directly in operational tasks to understand challenges firsthand and model best practices

Operational Excellence through Change

Plan and execute change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new systems, processes, and regulatory requirements

Implement change management best practices to ensure service excellence and adherence to service-level agreements

Remain actively involved in day-to-day activities when needed and support the team in critical situations

Project Involvement

Lead team involvement in cross-functional projects, product launches, and regulatory change initiatives

Ensure effective collaboration within the team and with teams in remote locations (e.g. Prague, Luxembourg)

Stakeholder Management

Act as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, guiding them through changes and ensuring their needs are addressed

Communicate change impacts clearly and manage expectations to achieve buy-in and support

Talent Development

Manage staffing, shift planning, and professional development

Foster a strong team culture and support career growth

Your Profile

Degree in Business Informatics, Economics, or a comparable qualification

Proven experience in managing operational teams and leading organizational change

Demonstrated expertise in change management, including stakeholder engagement and transition leadership

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex change requirements into actionable strategies

Excellent communication skills in an international, multi-lingual environment

Willingness to manage shift-based operations
