As a Senior Superintendent, you'll lead all on-site operations for multifamily construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Key responsibilities include: * Oversee daily field operations from site mobilization through final turnover * Lead and mentor field teams, junior superintendents, and subcontractors * Coordinate all trades and vendors to maintain project schedule and quality standards * Enforce safety protocols and ensure full compliance with OSHA and company policies * Monitor construction progress and proactively resolve field challenges * Maintain detailed documentation including daily logs, inspections, and reports * Collaborate closely with Project Managers, clients, and design teams * Conduct site meetings and ensure alignment across all stakeholders * Uphold high standards of workmanship and ensure adherence to plans and specs * Support preconstruction planning and contribute to project strategy MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.

The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Superintendent - Multifamily should have: * Strong experience as a Superintendent in multifamily or large commercial projects * Proven leadership experience managing ground-up multifamily builds * Strong understanding of construction sequencing, site logistics, and trade coordination * Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and schedules * Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills * Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office * OSHA 30 certification preferred What's on Offer * Competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000 annually.
