Local Cable company is seeking multiple CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS!
Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Birdsboro, PA
Pay: $16.50/hour
Schedule:
Training on 1st shift: 8:30am – 5:00pm (Mon–Fri)
After training, schedule will shift to 10:30am – 7:00pm (Mon–Fri)
Saturdays: 8:30am – 5:00pm (2 Saturdays per month; one weekday off when scheduled on Saturday)
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
Provide accurate information regarding products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Maintain a strong knowledge of evolving products and services
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields
Strong ability to build rapport with clients and customers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and problem-solve
Positive, professional demeanor with a customer-centric personality
Must have office-based customer service experience or proven longevity in a retail environment
Solid computer skills; quick learner of new systems
Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
