Position Summary
Role and Responsibilities
· Develop a project channel development strategy to optimize profitable access for System Air Conditioner
· Manage the sales performance of project and channel, including accountability for tracking and improving channel share and profit performance, key account prioritization, and development of marketing strategies, messages, and tactics that will optimize business
· Responsible for partner/ channel engagement by developing relationships among focus groups and enhancing the business pipeline in the market
· Manage Partner Relationship Management system and Loyalty Partner program
· Provide guidance to the field sales force and team in the execution of relevant activities
· Initiate and execute key programs that establish and continuously drive long-term relationships with key accounts and prospected customers
· Collaborate with marketing and related parties to develop strategies and tactics for key projects cross functional with each market channel
· Create and articulate a vision for navigation through the changing of business
· Performs other duties as assigned by management /direct supervisor
Skills and Qualifications
· Bachelor or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration.
· At least 5 years’ experience in B2B Channel especially in System Air-conditioner/ VRF will be an advantage.
· Experience in Partner Relationship Management or Customer Relationship Management
· Familiar with Air Conditioner (HVAC, VRF) and electronic Home Appliance industries will be advantage.
· Extensive knowledge of project and channel market strategy; relevant influencers and decision makers; customer insights, buying behaviour and segmentation
· Ability to convert partner engagement into sales opportunity
· Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
· Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast paced, and demanding environment
· Excellent command of English both spoken & written with computer literacy
