As a Field Leader Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class execution of field projects at customer sites, with scopes involving the refurbishment of mining equipment such as thickeners, filters, crushers, HPGRs, mills, and more.

About Field Services Team

You will be part of the Brazil Field Services team, responsible for delivering first-class services 24/7.

Your responsibilities

Provides technical supervision/support to customers on their sites, including maintenance, assembly/installation, commissioning and start-up of the mining industry equipment like thickeners, filters, flotation cells, kilns or related machines.

Identifies and supervise the correction of more complex technical problems associated with maintenance, assembly, installation, commissioning and start up of the equipment.

Researches, evaluates, and recommends new products, parts, upgrades and services that will meet customer needs.

Elaboration of technical/field reports/documents

Elaboration of field administrative reports/documents

Develops on-going relationships with customers to secure future business.

Performs customer training for the features/maintenance of the equipment.

Provide technical support for internal areas of the company when needed.

Promotes a culture of personal and team safety, including others who may be affected by the company’s operational activities

Responsibilities may include managing projects/processes, working independently with limited supervision and coaching, delegating and reviewing the work of lower level employees.

What you bring

Technical experience with maintenance, assembly, installation and commissioning of mining industry equipment: thickeners, filters, flotation cells or related machines.

Advanced/fluent English language knowledge is important (not mandatory).

Spanish language Knowledge is important (not mandatory).

Availability to travel up to 80% of the time.

Good Interpersonal relationship.

Engineering graduation (not mandatory).

Good knowledge of Microsoft Tools (Office, Outlook, etc).

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Team player & strong work ethics and integrity.

Preferably experience in working with international colleagues.

Necessary to live in the region North of Brazil.
