Responsible for delivering exceptional guest service by managing valet parking and bell desk operations. Duties include safely parking and retrieving vehicles, assisting guests with luggage during arrival and departure, escorting guests to rooms, and providing information about hotel facilities. Ensure all tasks are performed promptly, professionally, and in compliance with safety standards.
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 1 year work experience in hotel operations / Energetic and passionate individuals who are interested in making a career in hospitality are also welcome to apply. Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
