Position Overview:

As a Quality Control Intern, you will work alongside our QC engineers and technicians, field supervisors, and paving crews to gain hands-on experience with asphalt testing, material inspection, and compliance standards. This role is ideal for students interested in civil engineering, construction management, or materials science.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in asphalt density training

Opportunity to work with aggregate and mix testing

Participate in mix design formulation basics

Interaction with other departments including Risk & Safety and Operations

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or closely related field

Experience in Microsoft Office Suite of tools

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Ability to have fun while working hard

Wage and Benefits:

The pay rate for this position is $22.00 hour to $26.00 hour depending on experience, education, and qualifications.
