2nd/3rd Shift Production Helper

Overview This role is primarily responsible for assisting in the laser/denest areas of the shop floor.

Seeking a person for 2nd shift and a person for 3rd shift help.

Responsibilities * Take parts out of denest * Grinding Parts * Counting/Packaging Parts * Other duties assigned Qualifications * High School diploma or GED equivalent required * Ability to lift up-to 50 pounds, bend, twist and transport product and materials short distances * Basic understanding of computers and ability to perform computer functions as they pertain to the job * Ability to work collaboratively and productively in a team-environment * Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats * Ability to work safely and without injury with hand tools in a an environment with metal and sharp objects * Demonstrated ability to effectively implement or respond to change * Work in an efficient and timely manner.

* Strong basic math skills.

* Previous experience working within a powder coat department.

* Previous paint application experience * Take any quality concern seriously and execute right away.

* Exposure to a Lean manufacturing environment.

* General understanding of Metric and Standard systems.
