About The Company
The company is a Secaucus, NJ-based direct MCA funder providing fast business funding to merchants nationwide. They're looking for an ISO Representative to recruit new ISOs, maintain relationships with existing brokers, and drive consistent deal flow to the company's platform.
Role Overview
As an ISO Representative, you'll recruit independent sales organizations (ISOs) and brokers to partner with the company, maintain those relationships to ensure they send deals, and support them throughout the funding process. You're the bridge between the company's underwriting team and the broker community.
Responsibilities
Recruit New ISOs: Prospect and sign up independent brokers, ISOs, and sales organizations to partner with.
Build Your Network: Attend industry events, leverage LinkedIn, make calls, and use your existing relationships to expand the company's ISO base.
Maintain Relationships: Stay in constant contact with ISOs through calls, texts, emails, lunches, coffee meetings, etc.
Support ISO Partners: Answer questions, provide deal status updates, help ISOs navigate the underwriting process, and solve problems quickly.
Drive Deal Flow: Ensure your ISOs are consistently sending deals to the company instead of competitors.
Educate ISOs: Train new brokers on the company's products, rates, underwriting criteria, and submission process.
Compete for Deals: Win deals away from other funders by offering better service, faster approvals, and stronger relationships.
Track Performance: Monitor which ISOs are producing, which need attention, and where opportunities exist to increase volume.
Qualifications
ISO or MCA industry experience highly preferred (you know the broker community and how ISOs operate)
Strong network: You already know brokers, ISOs, or can build relationships quickly
Relationship-driven: You're a connector. People like you, trust you, and want to work with you
Persistent communicator: You stay in touch, follow up relentlessly, and don't let relationships go cold
Competitive mindset: You want to win deals away from other funders
Self-motivated: You don't need to be managed. You wake up ready to build your network
Entrepreneurial: You think like a business owner and take ownership of your ISO portfolio
If no experience: Bring ambition, sharp communication skills, and genuine interest in building a broker network
Compensation & Structure
Commission-based with small base salary potential for the right candidate
Uncapped earning potential: Top ISO reps make $100k-$300k+ per year based on deal flow from their ISO network
Recurring revenue: Earn on every deal your ISOs send, month after month
Residual opportunities: Build a book of ISOs that generates consistent income
