Job Description
The DCX Onsite HR Administrator will work full-time to support a wide range of day-to-day HR operational activities of DCX PH, Inc. This role is responsible for data encoding, monitoring, inventory, analysis, processing, and coordination of general HR requests. It also involves assistance and collaboration with other HR functions like Compensation & Benefits & Labor Relations Team under HR Data (Operations) & Compliance instructions to achieve overall efficiency of HR functions.

Role Details
Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PH Time
Workdays: Monday through Friday
Written and spoken English skills: Very Proficient
Must be willing to report onsite in our office in Pampanga
Salary Range: 25,000.00
Job Responsibilities
Update HR Data Management Tracker
Respond to phone calls and perform document validation/verification requests. (Medical certificate validation and on-site employment verification)
Issue a certified true copy of HR documents (COE, 2316, Payslip, etc.)
Monitor and issue ID to on-site employees/requesting employees
Create art cards for birthdays, anniversaries, etc.
Responsible for monitoring, processing, coordinating, and managing the inventory of DCX uniforms and addressing employee inquiries related to uniform requests
Provide support with offboarding, if needed
On-site assistance during the DOLE audit with coordination to HR Leads
Coordinate with government offices/Officers (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE, City government office, etc.) and manage government portals
Assist employees with government requirements and compliance
Provide payroll processing and benefits assistance
Conduct HR orientation
Manage HR related transmittal logs
Maintain general HR records on site
Performs tasks analogous to the foregoing.
Additional Job Requirements
Education: A degree in business management, psychology, or human resources is preferred.
Experience: 1-3 years of proven work experience as a Human Resources Generalist, Compensation and Benefits Administrator, Analyst, or similar role
Excellent communication in both written and verbal forms.
Great at building and maintaining client relationships.
Software that will be used
Knowledgeable with Government portals (BIR, SSS, Pag-IBIG, Philhealth)
Knowledgeable with (Pandadoc, Canva & other AI tools)
Proficient with the Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
Proficient with Google suite (Google sheets, Gmail, etc.)
Knowledge of the Workday platform is a plus.
