Superintendent - construction - Plano, TX

The Successful Applicant * In-depth understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

* Familiarity with architectural and engineering plans.

* Clear and concise communication with team members, clients, and subcontractors.

* Ability to inspire and motivate teams.

* Effective conflict resolution and decision-making.
