Luxury Custom Home Project Manager - Houston, TX

Manage all phases of custom home construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

* Coordinate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.

* Monitor project budgets, timelines, and schedules to stay on track and within scope.

* Conduct regular site visits to oversee progress and address any on-site issues promptly.

* Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients regarding project updates and milestones.

* Ensure compliance with all local building codes and safety regulations.

* Resolve any unforeseen issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.

* Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and management as needed.

The Successful Applicant A successful Custom Home Project Manager should have: * Experience managing high-end residential construction projects.

* Extensive experience in management of change orders, running finances behind projects and collaborating with trades * Experience of working with home buyer, design, architect teams and ensuring project timelines are adhered to.

* Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and building codes.

* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

* Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

* Proficiency in construction management software is a plus.
