Site Superintendent High-End Multi-Family

Oversee day-to-day field operations for large-scale, luxury multifamily and mixed-use projects from ground-up through closeout.

* Manage and coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and materials to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with uncompromising quality.

* Enforce safety standards, site compliance, and company policies to maintain a zero-incident environment.

* Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Owners to resolve challenges and maintain project momentum.

* Conduct daily site meetings, progress tracking, and quality inspections to uphold craftsmanship standards aligned with the firm's reputation for excellence.

* Mentor field teams and foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and pride in delivering high-end residential environments.

The Successful Applicant * Proven experience leading ground-up multifamily or commercial projects, ideally within high-end or luxury construction environments.

* Strong leadership presence on-site with the ability to motivate crews, coordinate trades, and drive results under tight schedules.

* Deep understanding of building systems, sequencing, and high-quality finishes typical of premium residential developments.

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to managing clients, architects, and project teams.

What's on Offer * Competitive salary range of $105,000 to $115500 per year, depending on experience.
