As a Project Manager, you'll play a key role in managing ground-up construction projects ranging from $1M to $30M.

You'll be responsible for: * Manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.

* Coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports to track progress effectively.

* Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution.

* Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

* Communicate project updates and milestones to leadership and other key stakeholders.

* Drive continuous improvement within construction processes and practices.

* Oversee the procurement of materials and resources needed for project success.

The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager/Senior Project Manager (PM/SPM) should have: * Proven experience in managing construction projects, such as self-storage facilities, restaurants, retail spaces, entertainment venues and warehouses * Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.

* Excellent communication and leadership abilities to work with diverse teams.

* Proficiency in project management tools and software.

* A focus on quality, safety, and compliance standards in all aspects of work.
