Superintendent - Ground-Up Construction

Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects within the education sector from start to finish.

* Ensure all projects meet safety, quality, and compliance standards.

* Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success.

* Monitor project schedules and budgets, making adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and cost objectives.

* Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.

* Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress.

* Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
