Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution.
* Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.
* Develop project schedules and ensure adherence to deadlines.
* Monitor budgets and control costs to achieve financial goals.
* Conduct regular site visits to oversee progress and ensure compliance with safety standards.
* Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
* Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the construction process.
* Ensure all projects meet company and industry standards for quality and safety.

* Structural concrete experience in the ground up commercial construction space.
