Superintendent II - Strucrual Concrete - Nashville

Supervise and manage day-to-day concrete construction activities on-site.

* Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and teams to ensure smooth project execution.

* Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

* Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans.

* Oversee safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment for all staff.

* Monitor material usage and ensure availability to avoid project delays.

* Provide regular progress updates to management and other stakeholders.

* Address and resolve any on-site issues or challenges promptly.
