Senior Project Manager - Multifamily

Lead and oversee all phases of a large-scale multifamily project, from preconstruction through closeout.

* Manage budgets and schedules to ensure the project is delivered on time and within financial targets.

* Coordinate and direct subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to maintain quality and safety standards.

* Drive communication with owners, architects, and engineers, ensuring alignment and timely issue resolution.

* Monitor progress and performance, preparing regular updates and reports for stakeholders.

* Implement and enforce safety protocols to uphold compliance and maintain a safe jobsite.
